Our services include:

• Assembly and disassembly of Tunnel Boring Machines (TBM): We offer tailored solutions for the safe and efficient assembly and disassembly of TBM in tunnel projects.
• Shifting of Tunnel Boring Machines and heavy components: With our shifting systems, we move large machines precisely through tight tunnel sections and difficult routes, including curves and slopes.
• Project planning and execution: We handle the planning and execution, including the delivery and installation of special equipment and innovative solutions for complex challenges

One notable project was the disassembly of the massive TBM "Delia" in the access tunnel of the Gotthard Tunnel in Airolo, which is nearly 5 kilometers long. Using our specially designed shifting system (a portal steel structure), dedicated sliding tracks, and strand jacks, we successfully completed the task in just under two months.

For the construction of the second Gotthard Tunnel tube in Göschenen, we handled the assembly and shifting of the TBM. The 110 meter long machine was assembled on an 80 meter pre assembly place and moved into the tunnel in sections. Our innovative shifting technology ensured efficient and precise positioning while minimizing tunnel excavation. One of the main challenges was shifting the TBM over a 410 meter distance, which included a curve with a 420 meter radius. In total, we moved the 1’800 ton TBM 410 meters, including 375 meters inside the tunnel.
