Heavy lifting to enable energy transitionDismantling of Three Boiler Units Gas and Steam Turbine Power PlantAt the AGE power plant in Denizli, Türkiye, we dismantled three air-cooled condenser units used for steam generation. Due to regional water scarcity, the plant relied on air condensation instead of conventional water cooling. The dismantled boilers will be replaced by a photovoltaic (PV) system installed on-site. Our work was carried out between August and October 2024. It was an exciting project that allowed us to apply our heavy-lifting expertise under demanding conditions. Equipment used:
