DSD Heavy Lift AG successfully completed the renovation of the Fatih Sultan Mehmet Bridge in Istanbul. While over 100,000 vehicles crossed the bridge daily, a total of 120 hangers were replaced over the course of a year. This suspension bridge spans the Bosphorus, connecting the European and Asian sides of Istanbul, with a total length of 1,510 m and a span of 1,090 m between the pylons. The pylons stand 111.1 m tall, rising 98.2 m above the roadway. This project showcases our expertise in challenging conditions and our ability to execute complex construction tasks with precision and efficiency.
